What movement feels possible today?

I overheard one of the participants in class say to their dance partner, “I am not going to do that move because it hurts my shoulder. I don’t like that. I will do this instead” I watched the participant move from a shape that was reaching up towards the ceiling to a shape that reached forward towards the ground. This is what it means to lead through listening and trusting the steps of creative agency for the participants in the room.

Big Vision. Big Welcome. Bringing People together. Working with people. Relationships first. I work in a lot of environments where the cycle of life is very present. I facilitate the classes that honor the people in the room in multiple ways. We dance together. We tell stories together. We recall together. We share together. We move together. We cry together.
